Yield

4 Servings

Ingredients

1 cauliflower (head)
1 cup water
1⁄2 teaspoon salt
1 cup flour, all-purpose
1 teaspoon salt, garlic
1 teaspoon paprika, smoked
1 teaspoon onion powder
1⁄2 teaspoon black pepper (freshly ground)
2 tablespoons butter
1 teaspoon vinegar

Instructions

1. Whisk together the flour, garlic salt, paprika, onion powder, black pepper, and salt in a large bowl. Add the water until a thick batter is formed.

2. Toss the cauliflower florets with the batter, then place in a single layer in the bottom of your Air Fryer. Repeat with the rest of the cauliflower; knowing that you may have to work in two batches depending on the size of your air fryer.

3. Then, place the air fryer tray into the air fryer and set to 7 minutes at 400 degrees F. Let cook, then flip/shake about halfway through cooking.

4. Next, heat the butter, buffalo hot sauce and vinegar over medium heat. Finally, toss with the crispy cauliflower and serve immediately.
